About Us

The Texas Technology Development Center (T3DC) is focused intently on providing early-stage investment capital and commercialization expertise for entrepreneurs to boost the development of a commercially viable technology and to ready a developing business for outside investments.

Eligible entrepreneurs must have a commitment in writing from a private investor or lender, to coincide with the receipt of funds from the McDermott Pre-seed Investment Fund. The concept of identifying early, matching investment partners provides each company with a level of professional direction they would otherwise not have at this stage of development.
