The Texas Technology Development Center (T3DC) is a non-profit organization who, in conjunction with the Texas Research and Technology Foundation (TRTF) and its institutional and community-based partnerships is working to accelerate technology-based economic development activities in South and Central Texas.

T3DC is focused intently on providing early-stage investment capital and commercialization expertise for entrepreneurs to boost the development of a commercially viable technology and to ready a developing business for outside investments.
