The T3DC Business Accelerator at 12500 Network Boulevard offers entrepreneurs an environment to fast track their venture to market. Due to limited space and high demand, the qualification requirements to become a T3DC tenant are rigorous but rewarding. However, not all of the T3DC Business Accelerator companies require space. In either case, our objective is to assist the entrepreneur to the best of our ability to access the venture development resources necessary to be commercially viable in the shortest amount of time possible.

The Texas Research Park, managed and developed by the Texas Research and Technology Foundation (TRTF), provides the ideal infrastructure to cultivate biotech and innovation-based start-up companies. The TRP officially opened in 1990 and is currently home to three major University of Texas research institutions, commercial laboratory facilities, residences and adjoining amenities.
